In 1985, founder Duane Pancoast, APR, saw that the marketing needs of small and medium sized businesses weren't being met very well so he established The Pancoast Concern Ltd. Previously he spent 24 year working for some of the world's largest advertising agencies and in broadcast media. As he helped clients market their products and services, Duane also developed a stellar reputation in the automotive and horticultural industries with articles in various trade and consumer magazines. In 1997, Duane's son Brian Pancoast joined the agency as director of business development. He brought 10 years of sales, marketing and management experience with him. He soon established himself as the go-to guy for technology and strategy challenges. After being named President in 2002, Brian oversaw the transition into the digital age. |
